RESERVATIONS Please contact us by Telephone, Fax or E - Mail prior to making your flight arrangement to have more flexibility in regards to apartment size and rates.(Once the details have been cleared you should send a deposit. The amount of deposit varies according to length of stay and season (minimum deposit: $ 200.00).  All checks in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank.  All reservations subject to confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival can result in a loss because time does not always permit re-sale. We will do our best to re-book your unit to give you full reimbursement.

EASY ACCESS Take Interstate 95, - or Federal Highway (US1) to Sheridan Street. Go East on Sheridan Street to A1A over the Intracoastal Waterway. Turn right, going South on A1A. After 1/2 mile (700 meters) make a left turn on Coolidge Street and go straight ahead until you are directly on the beach. The "Sea Downs" is on the left side.

If traveling without a car you can use taxis, shuttle service (Super Shuttle) or TRI - RAIL (the fastest and most economical transportation from Miami Airport). www.tri-rail.com
